Kahua Achieves GSA MiSaaS Authorization

Kahua, a leading provider of capital program and construction project management software, has achieved the General Services Administration (GSA) Moderate Impact Software as a Service (MiSaaS) Security Authorization. The process is specific to new GSA information systems pursuing an agile development methodology and residing on infrastructures that has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) provisional authorization to operate (ATO).

Kahua was selected by GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS) in September of 2020 as its new enterprise-wide project management information system. As the landlord for the civilian federal government, the Public Buildings Service (PBS) acquires space on behalf of the federal government through new construction and leasing, and acts as a caretaker for federal properties across the country. Under the terms of the agreement, PBS will standardize on Kahua across all eleven GSA PBS regions.
